Red Fox Business Center in Arden Hills, Minnesota

We began this two building and nearly 100,000 square foot office/warehouse project in the spring of 2015, after closing on one of the few remaining prime infill sites along and within the Interstate 694 loop. Red Fox Business Center is comprised of two Class A industrial buildings that will stand out within the community for many reasons. Our new buildings have great freeway access, 22’-24’ ceiling heights, available power, high quality construction material & finishes, terrific visibility by over 100,000 vehicles per day, and convenient proximity to amenities for our tenants, their employees, vendors, and customers. All of these factors combined make Red Fox Business Center a great place for business owners and employees. As of March 1st, our tenants have begun to move into their new space. We collaborated with RJ Ryan Construction, Inc. for general contractor services and CBRE for leasing management of the two new buildings.

Lexington Station (Phase I) in Arden Hills, Minnesota

In 2013, we recognized a demand in Arden Hills for additional high quality commercial & retail properties and set out to develop a project that would breathe new life into the community. We determined we could best achieve this by breaking the 7.60-acre area that we acquired into three phases. This not only allowed us to attract new critical retail, restaurants, medical professions, and professional office users to the local area, but it also allowed us to ensure we could take care of and work with our existing clients to relocate them to other buildings we owned in the area.

In 2014, we completed the first of three phases in our retail & office development project located just off Interstate 694 and Lexington Avenue.

Phase I of this three phase project is a 15,500 square foot Class A retail space comprised of nine separate suites. We served as the general contractor & leasing manager for the project, and now work as the property & asset manager for Lexington Station. Overseeing all of these aspects of the project allowed us to pick each tenant carefully, work with them on the build-out for their individual space, and have the building 100% leased by the time construction completed in September of 2014! We are proud to provide the community with a local retail destination that has quickly become a staple of the area.

1120 Red Fox Road, Arden Hills, MN (Building #23)
This 30,000 square foot building was originally built in 1973 by Don Roberts. It had been bought and sold many times over the years and had been vacant for the past five years. Roberts Management Group closed on the purchase of the property in mid-August 2009 and immediately began renovation. Within a mere 90 days, what was once a dark, empty, nearly windowless 1970s era warehouse became a bright, attractive, high-tech office/warehouse facility. Just four months after completing the renovation, the building was 100% leased.

Red River Village in Fergus Falls, Minnesota

Red River Village, a new senior living apartment complex in Fergus Falls is complete!

Roberts Management Group served as the general contractor for the construction of a brand-new, exceptional 55+ apartment community in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. The project was completed on time and under budget with a hugely successful Open House that more than 400 people attended.

Roberts Management Group also provides property management and leasing services. Before the doors even opened on September 1st, 60% of the 69 units were already leased!
