Lexington Station (Phase III) in Arden Hills, Minnesota

Plans to develop the third phase of the Lexington Station Project are currently underway.

Phase III of the development will be compromised of two Class A buildings. The first building will be a multi-story, multi-use, property that will house retail, office, and medical uses. An estimated 15,000 square foot retail building along Lexington Avenue will make up the second building of the third phase and house similar use tenants as the first building.

As the project becomes a hub for both work and local shopping, we strongly believe that Phase III will solidify the Lexington Station development project as a local and regional destination.

We were fortunate enough to acquire a large 26.5-acre piece of land on the Northeast corner of I-35W and I-694. This site is one of the last remaining large sites located on the I-694 loop. In the future, it will provide exceptional visibility and accessibility for those occupying the site.
